RIBA Construction, LLC was called upon to patch and repair a leaking skylight in my home. RIBA Construction, LLC was prompt, professional and courteous. The repair was effective and has been weather tested through rain and snow.
Pricing is fair and reasonable; Considering what restoration of interior damage caused by water leaks would cost and the trauma water leaks can cause the price charged is very reasonable.
I highly recommend RIBA Construction, LLC for repairs and other construction homeowners may need. You may use other service providers but you may also need RIBA Construction, LLC to correct a lesser quality job.

We made the appointment to get the work done the day before 28 inches of snow fell, and they still managed to get to my house a few days later and get the work done with a lot of snow still on the ground and the roof.
The quality of work was excellent – they really know their stuff.
And while I can’t promise you’ll experience this last part, I’ll mention that they charged about $1,000 less than the price another company had quoted.

Representatives came out promptly and gave a fair estimate for leak repair on my roof, which involved replacing shingles, boards, wood and sealant. The work has held over a few years so I’d say it was quality work. The company was very professional and the quality was excellent. I also had them install a furnace liner and crown as well as gutter guards. Very satisfied with the work product, and they cleaned up after each project.

The service was prompt, professional and responsive to our desire to quickly patch a spot on the roof where shingles had blown off one day before a blizzard was due to arrive.. The roof patch is a great match, so we will likely use RIBA to do the whole roof once the blizzard passes. Fee was reasonable.

Repair a Brick or Stone Fireplace (Non-Gas).
I like to have options! I had them in to give me an estimate on a repair that I assumed would fix my problem, repairing the firebox in my fireplace.
The very friendly young man who did the estimate suggested that the problem could be the chimney crowns. Cost of each would be @ $1300 to $1500 for the firebox and @ $800 to $1000 for the crowns. So I agreed to let him go up on the roof, when he returned (with Pictures) he recommended not replacing the crowns, but sealing them, as they weren’t that bad, cost $500. I immediately agreed to having them sealed at $500. That’s for all three chimneys, yes, I have three brick fireplaces.
The reason I didn’t hesitate was, I recently had the chimneys cleaned and was told (lied to) that the crowns were completely un-serviceable and would have to be completely replaced for much more money!
I wholly intend on having them rebuild the firebox in the near future, I am very satisfied with all aspects of the company.

Everybody was great that I spoke to. They were very quick to accommodate my needs and also the tech who came out was very knowledgeable.. The tech provided me different ways to get some of my projects taken care of.

Many companies and contractors have a motto: Success is dependent on a good product, good service and customer satisfaction. RIBA Construction doesn’t have these attributes as a motto, it is rather the reality, the fundamentals of their daily business.
I’m 80 years old and through my adult life have had several dealings with contractors providing some service related to the integrity and functioning of a home. I cannot remember anyone providing better overall service than RIBA Construction.
Recently hired for roof and gutter replacement, RIBA representatives thoroughly explained my options with the interplay related to overall costs.
When the work began, it was very satisfying to watch the workers anticipate each other’s needs to work in a very harmonious manner.
Work started earlier than scheduled and was completed on time. On completion of the work, RIBA management inspected even the minute details to make sure everything was completely satisfactory.
Would I hire them again? You bet. I only wish they also did car repair.

I don’t care one anyone says; hiring a contractor is nerve wrecking. But after hiring RIBA, I will certainly hire again and it will be RIBA.

The crew did an amazing job! My driveway, walkway and garage floor look gorgeous. I was really impressed not only with the quality of workmanship, but also by the way the crew conducted themselves.
This is a little thing, but although I had told them to just use the bathroom just inside the door, they not only asked, but removed their boots before they would take the 2 steps into the house.

Ryan, one of the co-owners came by, gave us a very reasonable, competitive estimate and told us they could schedule us in a timely manner. Three days later, the repair job was done!
We’re entirely satisfied and will hire them again for any future construction/repair work we need.
